"You need to be on TV, or the radio, or something..." Alby and May grew up being showered with suggestions similar to this. At the start of their friendship they didn't anticipate that journey would eventually begin together. These ladies constantly have breakthrough conversations regarding patterns, friendships, sex, finances, careers, etc. Simply put, they have a transparent & transformative friendship. After being told by many people their conversations need to be available to the public they decided to start a podcast called It Takes Time. The name stems from humanity's constant need for instant gratification and the harsh reality of gaining long lasting fruitful results.
